Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. Fabric Yardage, Fabric Kits, and Bundles that are returned will have a 15% restocking fee applied to them. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be provided for shipping charges. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
